Professional surveillance requires careful preparation, patience and experienced decision-making. Subjects may change their routine without warning, use different modes of transport, remain inside one location for hours or enter areas where observation is limited. Investigators must therefore respond calmly and adapt to changing circumstances without compromising discretion.

Before deployment, our investigators review the available information concerning the subject, known schedule, vehicle, transport habits and likely destinations. We also establish what the client needs to confirm so that the operation remains focused, proportionate and relevant to the purpose of the enquiry. Where necessary, the surveillance plan may be adjusted as new information becomes available during the operation.

Discreetly observe movements and activities to uncover what really happens.

Depending on the circumstances, surveillance may involve static observation, mobile following or coordinated coverage by more than one investigator. Our field team discreetly documents relevant movements, meetings, locations and activities from lawful public areas. All observations are accurately recorded and presented in a clear, organised report.

Overview

Get reliable evidence when suspicions alone are not enough anymore.

Clients may receive live updates during the deployment whenever it is operationally safe to provide them. If the subject moves suddenly or the investigator must remain discreet, an update may be delayed until it can be sent without compromising the operation.

Not every surveillance period produces significant activity. A subject may remain at work, return directly home or carry out an ordinary routine. These observations are still documented accurately. We will not create a dramatic conclusion where the evidence does not support one.

When relevant activity is observed, it may be supported by time-stamped photographs, video recordings, location information and chronological observation logs. Any period where visual contact was interrupted will also be stated honestly.

At the completion of the operation, clients receive a clear account of what occurred, what was documented and any limitations experienced during surveillance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our surveillance operation services

A surveillance operation involves discreetly observing and documenting a subject’s relevant activities, movements, locations and interactions. It may be used for matrimonial, corporate, civil or other lawful investigation purposes. Before deployment, we review the client’s concerns and available information to determine the most suitable locations, timings and operational approach.

Static surveillance is conducted from a suitable fixed position near a location connected to the subject. Mobile surveillance begins when the subject moves and may require investigators to follow on foot, by vehicle or through public transport. Many assignments require a combination of both methods as the subject travels between different locations.

Surveillance must be conducted within Singapore’s laws and without trespassing, unlawful entry, hacking or unauthorised access to restricted information. Our investigators observe and document activities from lawful locations and assess each request before accepting the assignment. We will not undertake instructions that require illegal or improper methods.

Yes. We provide live operational updates where conditions allow, particularly when there is a relevant movement, meeting or change in location. However, operational safety comes first. An update may be briefly delayed if using a phone could draw attention to the investigator, expose the surveillance position or cause the subject to become suspicious.

No professional investigation agency can guarantee that surveillance will remain undetected in every situation. Traffic conditions, security personnel, restricted locations, sudden changes in direction and a subject’s level of awareness can all affect the operation. Our investigators use careful planning, appropriate positioning and coordinated movements to minimise the risk of exposure.

Where circumstances allow, relevant activities may be supported by time-stamped photographs and video recordings. Investigators also maintain chronological notes detailing locations, movements, meetings and significant observations. At the end of the operation, the material is organised into a clear report that distinguishes confirmed observations from information that could not be verified.
